Prince William Sound College (PWSC) is now accepting students for its Spring 2026 Construction Training Series, a hands-on program designed to help individuals gain practical skills to begin a career in the construction trades.
The 12-credit series offers instruction in plumbing, electrical, drywall, windows, and framing/siding, providing students with a broad introduction to key aspects of construction and building maintenance. Through grant funding, six students will receive full tuition and housing support, making this an exceptional opportunity for those interested in skilled trades.
PWSC aims to enroll a cohort of eight students for the spring semester. Classes begin January 2026 at PWSC’s Valdez campus. Students can expect a highly practical learning environment with small class sizes and direct instruction from experienced professionals.
