Honor. Patriotism. Courage. Freedom. Sacrifice. Gratitude. Remembrance. These are some of the heartfelt words I heard during speeches at four local Memorial Day Services. I met up with a group of local veterans from the VFW and the American Legion at 8:30 a.m. and went with them to the Glennallen Cemetery.
